GST
Please note that TecSox does not extend the GST policy for B2C customers on the TecSox website, and only B2B customers (corporate orders) are eligible to avail GST invoices. Therefore, B2C customers will not be able to claim GST invoices for their purchases.
Return & Replacement Policy
- TecSox does not offer a return policy once the product is delivered and opened by the customer.
- A deduction of ₹50 may be applied towards courier delivery rejection charges.
- Refunds are processed only on Fridays.
Technical Issues
- A replacement request can be raised within 7 days of delivery if the product has a technical issue.
- Replacement will be provided after physical examination of the product.
- If no issue is found, the same unit will be returned.
Warranty Replacements
- If a complaint is raised after 7 days but within the warranty period, the product may be replaced with an equivalent-condition product after testing.
- If the original color/variant is unavailable, an alternate product of equivalent value will be offered.
- Warranty validity remains based on the original purchase date.
Non-Defective Products
- If the product is found to be non-defective, a refund may be issued after deducting ₹50 as handling charges.
Damaged Product / Wrong Product / Missing Accessories
- Complaints must be raised within 24 business hours of delivery.
- Customers must provide the order ID and product images for verification.
- Refunds processed through Snapmint will be credited back to the original payment source.

Important Notes
- If the package appears tampered with or damaged, refuse delivery.
- A product will be considered "wrong" only if it is completely different from the ordered item.
- Refunds or replacements will not be provided for defect-free products based on appearance, minor shade differences, color variations, or subjective sound-quality preferences.
