Shipping Policy
- Each order can be shipped to one address only, specified at the time of purchase. For multiple delivery addresses, separate orders must be placed.
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email/SMS containing a tracking ID to monitor your shipment status.
- Orders are generally shipped within 2 working days from the order date. During festivals, sales, or unforeseen circumstances, dispatch may take 3 or more working days.
- Estimated delivery time is 5–7 business days from the date of dispatch.
- Orders can be paid via Prepaid or Cash on Delivery (COD), subject to COD availability in your serviceable PIN code.
- Prepaid orders may be eligible for exclusive offers and priority shipping.
- To cancel an order before dispatch, customers can contact customer support or cancel through the "My Account" section after logging in.
- If an order is not delivered within the designated period, customers may request cancellation. Refunds for such cancellations are processed within 14 days.
- If an order is cancelled before shipment, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- Orders are shipped with an invoice sent to the registered email address.
- If the package appears tampered with or damaged at the time of delivery, customers should refuse delivery and contact customer support immediately.
- For shipping-related issues such as damaged products, wrong products received, or missing accessories, complaints must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
